Video Infographic : How to Find Infographic Templates in Easelly

If you’re just getting started with infographics or don’t have any design experience, templates can help you get started quickly and lets you learn the basics.
Easelly has thousands of customizable templates to create your infographic!
Here are a few ways to find the perfect template to get started!
1. From the Homepage:
If you’re looking for inspiration or to get ideas for colors and layout, simply scroll through the PUBLIC VISUALS available on the HOMEPAGE. We add new templates all the time, so check back often!
You can also browse by CATEGORY on the right or search by KEYWORD using the search box.
I’m going to select “Checklist” from the Category menu as an example.
From here you can just click on the template you would like to work with and you’ll be taken right into the design tool!
Once you’re in the design tool, you can customize and personalize the template by editing the text, icons, and graphics.
2. From the Design Tool:
If you’re already in the design tool, you can search for templates by clicking on the TEMPLATES button. You can search by KEYWORD using the search box or you can browse by CATEGORY.
I’m going to select “Business” from the Category menu as an example.
An image carousel will open up with all the templates in the category.
From here you can click on the arrow buttons to browse through the templates and you can click on a template to view it better.
Once you’ve found a template you’d like to work with, just click and drag the template on to your canvas!
3. Use a Blank Template:
If you decide to start from scratch, you can either click on the BLANK TEMPLATE option from the MY VISUALS library on the homepage.
Or you can drag a BLANK TEMPLATE from the TEMPLATE Library onto your canvas and delete the elements and instructions from the canvas when you’re ready.
4. Use a Background as a layout:
You may also want to consider using a background as a layout to get started!
Just click on the BACKGROUND button and an image carousel will open up with all the backgrounds that you could use.
From here you can click on the arrow buttons to browse through backgrounds and you’ll want to scroll to the backgrounds that have a built-in layout.
Keep in mind that you may need to RESIZE your canvas once you’ve chosen a background.
To do this, click on RESIZE from the menu bar and select a size from the drop-down menu. Now you can add your text, icons, and graphics right on top of the background.
Now that you know how to search for a template, take some time to explore what’s available and try out some of the templates!

As a tip, don’t limit your ideas to the category assigned to a template. For example, if you find the perfect template in the business category that offers a great layout for your health topic, then go for it! Just customize it with icons and graphics that pertain to your topic.
