Map : Source for custom north-not-up printed maps?

Map Info & Chart : Source for custom north-not-up printed maps?

Along the lines of some of the more famous maps available from library.UCDavis (https://www.library.ucdavis.edu/news/featured-maps-north-is-not-up), where can I go for maps printed with north not facing up?

I feel like I could do it myself from an iPad, perhaps, but I’ve only got a standard-format printer (ie 8.5×11 / A4) – nothing that would print tabloid-size or larger.
