Hier ein kleiner Einblick in unsere IT Dienstleistung:
Von der Abholung bis zur Zerlegung…
1. Abholung der IT-Hardware vor Ort von AfB-Mitarbeitern mit eigenem Fuhrpark. Dabei wird ein höchstes Maß an Datensicherheit schon während der Abholung, z.B. durch verschließbare Transportbehälter sowie videoüberwachte und zugangskontrollierte Gebäude, gewährleistet.
2. Die Geräte werden auf dem direkten Weg zur nächstgelegenen AfB-Niederlassung überführt, inventarisiert und unter höchsten Sicherheitsanforderungen im eigenen Sperrlager eingelagert. Als besonderen Service bietet die AfB ihren Partnern zudem die Möglichkeit der Verfolgung der Geräte ab dem Zeitpunkt der Inventarisierung. Über einen Web-Login kann der Status der Bearbeitung dann jederzeit online eingesehen werden.
3. Im Erfassungsbereich wird der weitere Vertriebsweg des Gerätes festgelegt, z.B. Schrott oder Weitervermarktung. Anschließend wird jedes Gerät im Detail (z.B. Hersteller, Modell, Seriennummer, Anlagennummer) erfasst und von allen Kundenaufklebern befreit. Alle diese Daten werden im Warenwirtschaftssystem gespeichert und mit einer eindeutig identifizierbaren LogID verknüpft.

From collection to dismantling …
1. Collection of IT hardware on site by AFB employees with their own vehicle fleet. At the same time, the highest level of data security is ensured even during pick-up, e.g. lockable transport containers as well as video-monitored and access-controlled buildings.
2. The devices are transferred on the direct route to the nearest AFB branch office, inventoried and stored under the highest security requirements in their own storage facility. As a special service, AFB also offers its partners the possibility of tracking the devices from the time of the inventory. The status of the processing can then be viewed online at any time via a web login.
3. In the detection area, the further distribution channel of the device is defined, e.g. Scrap or resale. Subsequently, each device is recorded in detail (e.g., manufacturer, model, serial number, equipment number) and stripped of all customer stickers. All of this data is stored in the merchandise management system and linked to a uniquely identifiable LogID.
