Project Description:
Text Atlas compiles some Nodus Labs’ text network visualizations. The nodes represent the unique normalized words within the text, after the most frequently used words (“the”, “is”, etc.) have been removed. The edges are the number of connections between them. The average path on one of these text networks represents the average number of words traversed in order to connect a random pair of words in the graph. Each visualization is intended to spark interpretation, and is displayed along with various graph metrics and a short description of notable features.
