Hilter was rapidly taking over Europe, and one goal he intended to achieve was to create the ultimate capitol city that would serve as a hub of art, military, and architectural achievement. The capitol city was to be called Germania, and luckily it was never built because Hitler lost the war. There were plans for the mega city designed, and even some construction was started, but ultimately Germinia was just a mad man’s dream.
